To the children of Pudge,
I was deeply saddened to hear of your mother’s passing. She was my dearest college friend and sorority sister. Though I only spoke her ever so often, when we did speak it was as if no time had passed. I loved her very much and we shared many wonderful times. I was in your parent’s wedding and still have the charm on my bracelet that she gave me. I know that she loved and adored you and your children and always wanted me to meet you. I hope someday we will meet so that I can tell you about your mom’s and my wonderful friendship. Please know that I share in your sadness, but also know that we will all be together one day in a place where there is no pain, sorrow, or suffering. My love to you all. Artie Palios

My prayers go out for you, Pam, and your family at this time. I’ve heard so many wonderful, funny stories about your Mom and know that she’s left a beautiful, loving daughter and family. She had to be so proud of you, her daughter, for all you are and what you’ve meant to me as a friend. You’re a light for the rest of us and a true guardian angel. That must have come from your Mom’s careful upbringing. I know you have many great memories of her. In His Love, Pattie

To Steve and all Family members~you have my heart felt sympathy in your loss~George was my best friend and roommate at the Essex House and Pudge fixed me up with one of her sorority sisters that never forgave her for that…haha. I lost touch with your Mom as often happens. I honestly tried to find her and Steve’s number on the internet very recently with no luck. A friend of mine by the name of Joe Fuller e mailed me about Pudge’s passing today. God Bless. George has been waiting for her!

I am sure like everyone else, itGÇÖs hard to believe that we are writing these notes. Pudge touched the lives of so many people, she was an amazing person and made our days at the old Gold Key some of the most fun and cheerful times we knew. She had a gift for making us laugh and enjoy the moment. Like everyone who ever knew her, I have only the fondest memories of Pudge and will treasure them always. I hope that all of the happy memories of Pudge are a comfort to all now at her passing.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am part of the old Gold Key gang and loved being around Pudge. She always had a smile and brought out the best in everyone. She knew I liked antique dishes and once brought me back an old meat platter. I think of her everytime I use it and now it will be even more meaningful to me.
You have my deepest sympathy.
